Why the Homecoming Bootcamp was Created?
Like many new caregivers, my sister and I suddenly found ourselves responsible for caring for our aging parents after hospitalizations.
We quickly realized how unprepared we were for this moment and this new role. There was no clear roadmap for navigating the transition from hospital to home — and everything that came with it.
The stress, confusion, and countless decisions forced us to learn through experience.
But did it have to be this way?
The New Caregiver – Homecoming Bootcamp was created to share those lessons and help other new caregivers move through this transition with greater confidence and less uncertainty.

You Don't Need to Navigate This Alone

The New Caregiver Homecoming Bootcamp Workbook Is For Your If....
Your Parent is current in the hospital or rehab
You've been told discharge will happen soon
You're unsure what steps to take next
You want a clear path instead of researching information online
You want to feel more confident in your new role as Caregiver
